We ship all over India through trusted courier services like Delhivery, Aramex and such.
What are the shipping charges and policies, and what will the delivery schedule be like?
Shipment charges will depend on the weight of the order and the area of delivery. All orders above INR 5000/- will have free shipping. The delivery time will be about 7-10 days from the date of placing the order. You will receive a track link from our courier partner where you can live track your order.
Can I select a saree for personal pickup from the store?
Yes, you can select a saree on the website and reserve it for pickup from the store. We will update you of the store you can get the saree picked up from.
Can I return a purchase I made for doorstep delivery?
You may return the product within 2 days after the shipping is done. In case the product is damaged from your end, Hastkala reserves the right to not accept the return. The return delivery charges will have to be borne by you and please make sure you do the same from trusted courier services like DHL, FedEx, Aramex, etc. After we receive the product and check for quality assurance, we will send you a confirmation and refund the money within 5-7 working days.
Can I find a particular product I have seen online at any of the Hastkala stores?
You may not as we have varying collections in different stores. You can drop us a message or email us about the same and we will update you with the store that the product is available at.

Can I return a product purchased at Hastkala?
You may return a product that is manufactured defect, unused, new condition. In case the product is damaged from your end, Hastkala reserves the right to not accept the return. You can escalate a return request by emailing us on firstname.lastname@example.org with the reason to return within 24-48 hours from the time the product is delivered and will revert back to you in 24 hours time. After 48 hours, the return request is not accepted at any chance.
Who pays for the return delivery charge?
The return delivery charges will have to be borne by you and please make sure you ship from trusted courier services like DHL, Tirupati courier, DTDC. Once shipped kindly share the tracking ID via email on email@example.com
Will I get a refund amount for the product return?
Refund amount is only possible if there is any manufacturing defect in the product. After we receive the product and check for quality assurance, we will send you a confirmation and refund the money within 5-7 working days. Due to change of mind, not liking the product the refund amount is not possible but the amount will be given as a coupon code only.
