About the Event

The Hastkala Saree Walkathon is a unique celebration of womanhood, tradition, and empowerment. This event is dedicated to women aged 18 and above, bringing together the grace of sarees and the spirit of unity.

All categories focus on participation, celebration, and enjoyment rather than speed or ranking.

Terms and Conditions

Please read the following terms and conditions carefully before registering for the Hastakala Saree Walkathon 2026.

1. Eligibility

This event is only for women aged 18 and above. By registering, you confirm that you meet the age requirement.

2. Registration

Registration must be completed online or through authorised registration points.

Registrations made through different platforms may be subject to platform-specific fees. As each platform has its own charges, the final registration fee may vary accordingly.

Registration fees, if applicable, are non-refundable and non-transferable.

Each registered participant will receive a unique bib number, which must be worn throughout the event.

3. Event Reporting & Timings

Participants must report at least 30 minutes prior to the start time.

The event will begin at 5:30 AM and conclude by 9:30 AM.

4. Dress Code

Wearing a saree is mandatory to align with the theme and spirit of the event.

5. Health & Safety

Participants are responsible for their own health and safety during the event. Please ensure you are in good physical condition to participate in the walkathon. Emergency contact information must be provided accurately.

Medical assistance and first-aid will be available on-site, but participants should inform the organisers of any pre-existing medical conditions.

6. Code of Conduct

Participants must follow all instructions provided by the organisers and volunteers.

Any misconduct, including littering, unruly behaviour, or disrespect towards others, may lead to immediate disqualification.

7. Liability Disclaimer

The organisers shall not be held responsible for any injury, loss, or damage to personal belongings during the event.

8. Photography and Media Consent

By participating, attendees grant permission for their photographs/videos to be used for promotional and marketing purposes across platforms.

9. Event Charges or Cancellations

The organisers reserve the right to cancel, postpone, or modify the event due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather or safety concerns.

10. Prizes & Recognition

Any prizes or recognitions will be awarded based on criteria defined by the organisers.

The organisers’ decision shall be final and binding.

11. Amendments

The organisers reserve the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.

12. Bib Collection

Please collect your walkathon bib from the Bib Expo as per details below:

Expo Dates: 6th & 7th March 2026.

Venue: Tip Top Plaza, L.B.S. Road, Thane (West).

Timing : Morning 11.00am to Evening 7.00pm.

Bib collection is compulsory to participate in the walkathon.

Please note: Bibs will not be available on the event day. Kindly collect your bibs during the expo days to avoid inconvenience.
