Shipping & Delivery

 

Time To Deliver:


The time taken for delivery tends to vary according to the destination; however, we make our best efforts to ensure that the order is delivered on time.


Delivery Time for Domestic Orders:
It takes 5-7 working days from the day of order confirmation to deliver the products within India given that the delivery is not delayed due to governmental authority or any other entity acting on behalf of the government or acting as per the directions of the government. In the unlikely event that the delivery period exceeds the stipulated time, the order is cancelled and the customer is notified of the same. In such cases, the refund is made directly to the customer’s bank account using the same mode the payment was made. Titan Company partners with
reputed courier agencies to ensure prompt and secure delivery. Since the delivery of products is address specific, please ensure that the address entered while placing the order is correct.

Shipment charges will be INR 300/-.

We only make use of reliable courier companies such as DTDC & DHL for shipping in India. Hastkala is not liable for any delays in delivery by the shipping providers or on account of any factors beyond the control of our company. We shall endeavor to ensure timely delivery of your order within the estimated time as mentioned in the order confirmation.

Important Note: In case the office address is provided for delivery, please make sure that the department details, employee number and direct landline numbers are also provided to prevent any last-minute hassles and failed delivery.

To prevent misplaced delivery, please keep one of the following identity cards for verification:

  • Pan card
  • Driving License
  • Passport
  • Voter identification card
  • Unique Identification Card (Aadhaar)


Delivery Time for International Orders:
The product is delivered within 10-15 working days outside India from the day of the order confirmation, provided such delivery is not delayed by any governmental authority or any other entity acting on behalf of the government or acting as per the directions of the government. In the unlikely event that we fail to deliver your order within the stipulated period, we shall cancel the order and notify you regarding the same. In such cases, the refund will be made directly to your account via the same mode through which the payment was made-. We only partner with reputed courier agencies to ensure that the products reach you promptly and in perfect condition. We also ensure that the delivery is made to the recipient and thus require identity proof for verification: We only ship through DTDC courier company.

We ship worldwide. For International orders, the shipping cost would be Rs 3,500/-

VAT / Custom, Taxes, and Import Duties are not included in our ordering process but may be charged to you by your government. They are entirely customer responsibility and will need to pay buy customer itself.

Address Change Request:


Orders once confirmed registered. It cannot be edited/ modified/ or changed. However, We accept such requests for an address change, made within 12 hours of placing the order or from order confirmation. For related concerns and queries, you may reach us at customercare@hastkala.com.

 

Shipment and Tracking Details:


We will send you an email regarding the shipment of your order, as soon as the items are handed over to the Courier. These alert emails will contain the tracking number and courier companies website details along with the expected date of delivery. You may also check the same on our order status page or, by logging in to the My Account section on our site. Tracking numbers for orders shipped might take 24 business hours to become active on the courier websites. Please report us within 24 hours, if you find any gap with respect to the parcel delivery.

Please do ensure to keep track on the order delivered email triggered from our side once the item is delivered. The email gets triggered as soon as we have the update from our courier partners. In case, you have not received the product within 5 working days after receiving the tracking details from us, please do track the shipment once at your end or, do touch base with us in case the tracking details lacks any clarity. For any discrepancy with respect to delivery, we will not be able to entertain any case reported post 48 hours of the delivery or, post 48 hours of receiving the order delivered mail from our side.

 

Incorrect or Incomplete Address:

Please note: some courier companies charge a penalty for incorrect shipping addresses, wherein the address and zip code do not match. The customer will, without exception, bear the cost of any such penalties and/or fees, not HASTKALA. Please make sure your shipping address is correct. In the event of a reshipment of the same order, customers will be responsible to pay re-shipping charges for the reshipment.
